The majority of our items for delivery in the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail. Items for delivery outside of the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail or UPS. Most of our items are available for next day delivery but please inform us before we ship it out.

If you would like your order urgently, please do not hesitate to call us on 01484 859116, OR select the relevant service when checking out on eBay. If you have any changes to your address, please let us know in GOOD TIME as we can not be at fault for wanting to get your order out as soon as possible.

In the event you do not receive your item within the expected delivery window, please contact us by email for assistance.

Returns are welcome!

If the customer is wanting to send their item back for a refund or an exchange then it is up to them to pay for the costs back. However if the item is faulty and after receiving photos or some proof then we will immediately get a Pre Paid Returns Label sent out to you to get the faulty pair back or get another replacement sent out. When sending an item back, please make sure you write some of your information down and send back with the package so we know who you are and can get the exchange either sent out for FREE or refund straight away.
