When returning an item please open a Returns Case on your eBay account for the purchase. The item must be returned unused, tags attached and in its original packaging. Golf clubs that have been hit cannot be returned even if they have been taped. It will also help the returns process if you can include your details on the return form which you should have received with the item or can be downloaded from the MoreSports.com website. We recommend using an economy tracked service by Royal Mail or from couriers such as myHermes or Collect+.
