METODI DI PAGAMENTO

Il pagamento deve essere effettuato entro i 4 giorni lavorativi successivi a quello di conclusione dell’acquisto.

In caso di acquisto riceverai un messaggio di posta elettronica con tutte le istruzioni relative al pagamento dell’oggetto. In caso di mancato pagamento dal 4° giorno apriremo una procedura per ONP (offerente non pagante) e dal 7° la chiuderemo con segnalazione di oggetto non pagato e rimetteremo in vendita il prodotto.

METODI DI SPEDIZIONE

La spedizione viene effettuata in Italia e nei Paesi dell?Unione Europea, entro 4 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del pagamento, dal lunedì al venerdì, tramite corriere espresso. Le spese di consegna sono a carico dell?acquirente, salvo quanto diversamente indicato nella proposta di acquisto.

Il codice di tracking verrà comunicato su richiesta a partire dal giorno successivo spedizione. Qualora il pacco risultasse in giacenza provvederemo ad avvisarvi e a fare quanto possibile per portare a buon fine la spedizione. Se non fosse ripetutamente possibile consegnare il prodotto all’indirizzo che indicato al momento dell’ordine, questo verrà annullato in automatico e si provvederà all?emissione del rimborso al netto delle spese che ne sono derivate, quali i costi per la spedizione e la movimentazione del prodotto.

Al momento della consegna dovrete controllare che il numero dei colli sia corrispondente a ciò che sarà riportato sul documento di trasporto, e che l’imballo esterno del prodotto (compresi i materiali di chiusura) sia integro, non danneggiato, bagnato o in qualche modo alterato. Nell’eventualità in cui al controllo risultassero mancanti colli o indicazioni o fossero presenti danni all’imballo o ai prodotti ivi contenuti, siete tenuti a contestarli immediatamente apponendo sul documento di consegna del corriere una Riserva di Controllo Scritta. Ricordiamo che una volta firmato il documento di consegna non sarà più possibile contestare le condizioni esteriori del prodotto. Quando avrete verificato che tutto è a posto, vi chiediamo di rilasciare Feedback Positivo.

SHIPPING

Shipments are made in Italy and in the European Union, within 4 working days from the receipt of the payment, from Monday to Friday, by express courier. The costs of shipping are payed by the customer if it is not differently specified on the website.

The tracking number will be communicated on request the next day after the shipping. If the package remain stalled due to address problems we will inform you to make everything it’s possible to complete the delivery attempt.

At the moment of the delivery one will have to check that the number of border corresponds to the transport number and that the packaging of the product (including the materials used to close the pack) are not damaged, wet, or in any way altered. In the case one of the conditions listed before occurs, the customer must immediately notify the damage by placing on the delivery document of the carrier a  Written Subject to Control. We remind you that once you will have signed the delivery document one cannot claim that the packaging is damaged.
In the case that the delivery cannot be carried out repeatedly to the address given when the order was done, it will be immediately cancelled and LML Company will provide a refund of the good only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

DIRITTO DI RECESSO

Come indicato dal D.Lgs. n.21 del 21 Febbraio 2014 , hai diritto di recedere dal contratto, senza l’obbligo di spiegazione e senza alcuna penalità, entro 14 (quattordici) giorni lavorativi dal giorno di ricevimento del prodotto che hai acquistato. Per farlo basta semplicemente darci comunicazione della tua volontà di recedere.

Ti ricordiamo che puoi esercitare il tuo diritto di recesso su tutto l?ordine o su una sua parte solo se il prodotto acquistato è integro e nella sua confezione originale completa di tutte le sue parti.

PER CAPI DI ABBIGLIAMENTO: l’oggetto, oltre che restituito nell’originale confezione, non deve essere stato indossato e deve essere piegato nella originale busta di plastica che lo conteneva.

Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione del prodotto saranno a tuo carico e la stessa spedizione sarà sotto la tua responsabilità. Il prodotto dovrà essere restituito entro 14 giorni dalla richiesta di reso al seguente indirizzo:

Nanarossacom fornisce un servizio di ritiro del reso tramite proprio corriere al costo di ? 7, i quali saranno trattenuti dall?importo del rimborso. Se si desidera usufruirne è necessario contattarci.
Se avrai esercitato correttamente il tuo diritto di recesso ti rimborseremo, entro 14 (quattordici) giorni dal ricevimento della comunicazione di recesso, l’importo pagato corrispondente al valore della merce, ovvero al netto delle spese di spedizione e movimentazione dello stesso accreditandolo sul conto corrente, carta di credito o PayPal usato per fare l’ordine.

Ti ricordiamo inoltre che il diritto di recesso NON è applicato per acquisti di prodotti personalizzati o su misura.

In caso di difetti del prodotto il reso sarà a nostre spese. Per richiederlo è necessario contattare il Customer Service che provvederà ad inviare un corriere per il ritiro della merce previa verifica del difetto.

We remind you that one can exercise one?s right on the entire order or only on part of it if the product is not damaged, in its original packaging and complete in all parts.

For what concerns CLOTHING: the good besides having to be returned in its original pack, must not have been worn and has to be folded in it?s original plastic bag.

The costs for the return must be payed by the customer and he will be responsible for the shipping. The product must be returned within 14 days from the compilation of the return online at this address:

Nanarossacom provides a service for the collection of the product that wants to be returned at the cost of ? 7. This cost will be subtracted by the total amount of the refund. If you want to use this service one must contact the Customer Service.

If one correctly uses its right to withdraw we?ll refund, within 14 days from when the communication of the withdraw is received, the price of the idem but not the cost of the shipping with the same payment option chosen at the moment of the purchase.

The right to withdraw DOES NOT apply to personalized on made exclusively for the customer.
In case of a faulty product the refund will be completely payed by us. In order to ask for this one must contact the Customer Service which will arrange for a Courier to pick up the product.
