    products with Free or Normal shipping are either sent with myhermes which
    normally takes 4-5 working days on average to deliver, or Royal Mail
    Second Class Postage.
  • PAID FOR SHIPPING: All other
    faster PAID FOR shipping services over the price of £10 are normally with
    a 24-48 hour courier like TNT.
  • COLLECTIONS: Sorry but we do not allow collections. 
  • SHIP TIMES: All parcels are
    shipped during normal business hours Monday to Friday.
  • PACKAGING: All our products are shipped in New appropriate boxes, so if a parcel arrives in poor condition this is the couriers fault!
