*Important Notice* A signature is required for ALL deliveries made by courier service. If noone is present at the destination to take reciept, the delivery driver will leave a card and the item will be scheduled for delivery the next working day. Failure on a 2nd delivery attempt will result in the parcel being returned to the local depot where it can be collected for upto 3 days before being returned to us at our cost. We have proof of dispatch and a tracking number for all our exports which can be accessed by the customer by calling our phone number.
Smaller item will be dispatched using Royal Mail First Class service.
We always endeavor to dispatch your item as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of receiving payment. As our deliveries require a signature, we ask buyers that should you require a specific delivery date or would like us to ship to an alternate address please request so at the time of payment thankyou.

The manufacturer guarantees all purchases for a period of 12 months on NEW products, unless stated, from date of invoice. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse by the customer. In addition, routine maintenance (cleaning of club heads etc) is not covered.
If your product should fail within this period, our customer services department will arrange for repair, or by return to the manufacturer’s authorised service agents.
