Paypal is our preferred method of payment, however we can accept Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card Payments over the phone. All goods require immediate payment and unless prior discussions have been made, the order will be cancelled and the item re-listed. NEW PRODUCTS Faulty Goods, if the item you have received is faulty, Clarkes' will stand the cost of the return postage and following an inspection of the product will refund the full amount within 24 hours Wrong Size/Unwanted, if the item you have received is not suitable due to an incorrect size or no longer required, it will be the buyers responsibility to pay the return postage, Clarkes' will then refund the item paid
