Please pay using your Paypal account, by personal cheque, postal order, or call us on 0151 356 3254 to pay over the phone using a debit/credit card.

Governing Law

HOTGOLF LTD submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts; in accordance with the laws of England.

Pricing

In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to shipping. We will contact you if such a situation arises. We will also contact you should additional postages charges apply for any order.

Product Warranties

Goods for sale from HOTGOLF LTD are supplied with the manufacturer's full warranty unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

Rate of delivery is clearly stated with each individual product.  Usually products are dispatched 24 hours from receipt of order, subject to stock. All goods are fully insured in transit.

Order Acceptance

Your order is not accepted until your PAYPAL payment is cleared.
Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods. 
If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition to qualify for a full refund
Please note that cancellation of custom fit or logo orders may be subject to a cancellation and/or restocking fee. This fee will depend on the size of the order and will be quoted should you wish to cancel the order.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail us at sales@hotgolf.co.uk and we will attempt to remedy the situation. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five days and resolve them within a further seven days.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY - Hotgolf Ltd offers an "absolute satisfaction" guarantee where you can return any unopened item within 14 days from the date of delivery. 
CHRISTMAS RETURNS ARE EXTENDED TO 14 DAYS FROM THE 25/12/2015
If you wish to return an item please package it up securely and include a full description of your reason for return. Please retain your proof of postage 
Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is. If your item is damaged please inform us within 3 working days of receiving it. 
If the item is not as described, damaged or if an incorrect item has been received we will refund postage cost of the item to be sent back to us up to the value £3.99.
